Located at 800 Whitlock Ave NW Unit 116, Marietta, GA 30064, Marietta Perks operates as a coffee shop serving Marietta in Georgia. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as cafe, so it may cover more than the name suggests.
Coffee in the United States is served by three kinds of places: national chains with drive-thrus and mobile ordering, independent neighborhood cafes that double as a workspace or a meeting spot, and specialty shops that roast their own beans or buy single-origin lots and brew them by pour-over, espresso or cold brew. Most open between 6 and 7 a.m. on weekdays, slightly later on weekends, and the busiest hour is the commute rush before 9. A drip coffee runs a few dollars, espresso drinks and specialty pours more, and tipping a dollar or a percentage on the card reader is customary but not required. Nearly every cafe offers free Wi-Fi, though some limit laptop seating at peak times or on weekends, and outlets are often the scarce resource.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 6 am–6 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Marietta Perks at (678) 919-4926; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, mariettaperks.com.

Marietta is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Marietta is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Georgia's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I was excited to try this local coffee shop. I ordered an ice mocha latte. The staff were perfect when taking my order. However the actual coffee tasted liked diluted chocolate water. I’m not even sure there was espresso in the latte and with as weak as the chocolate flavor was I should have been able to taste the espresso. I won’t be returning.

I ordered a strawberry cold foam matcha latte and it had barely any matcha powder, and an insane amount of milk. It had to be 7/8 milk and the tiniest drops of matcha actually in there. The color was a lime green which should have been the time for me to voice my frustration and see if I could get something else, but I didn’t so thats on me. The person behind the counter also in general just seemed disinterested. What I will say is that the atmosphere was pretty awesome. Nice, chill cozy cafe vibes so I will give them points for that! Definitely a nice place to get some work done. But matcha? Probably not…..

Pros: Good location, great parking (hard to come by in Marietta), cozy interior, good vibes, friendly staff Cons: I never have a problem paying more for something that is well worth it. If a coffee shop needs to price things higher because they truly source high quality products and use those expensive products to give the customer a great product, I’ll pay it without hesitation. Unfortunately, that is not the case here. I ordered a latte that was essentially lavender water. It wasn’t personal preference, it just wasn’t a well made latte. I did purchase a bag of beans and came home and made myself a latte with those beans and it was significantly better (and cheaper) than what I bought for $7 just minutes prior. You have the right ingredients (good beans, good environment) but if the product being delivered isn’t good, then what’s the point? If you are a coffee shop and want people to buy local instead of going to the Dunkin across the road, you have to deliver on product and not just experience. Having a great experience means nothing if the product is no good. As someone who always buys beans from local shops, I’ll definitely be back for beans, but unfortunately, not to buy any

Place seems great as a 3rd space. They shouldn't offer menu items like this grilled chicken croissant if the portion of meat is this tiny. Just look at how small the grilled chicken breast is. It was very dry too along with the muffin. This was a waste of time coming here.

Nice place to relax, chatting with friends. I ordered mozzarella cheese, tomato and pesto panini sandwich. It did not look appetizing and tasted not fresh. I ordered caramel coffee, not really good. They forgot one of my 2 orders. I reminded them and got my missing order. Not going back there to eat and drink.
